Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is well-known American actor. She has starred in numerous TV shows like "Christy" which is a comedy about a teenage girl named Christy Huddleston. She is also known for playing the title role in the 'Hailey Dean Mystery' series. Martin was born to a department store buyer as well as the kindergarten teacher. The actress began her acting career at seven years old when her Aunt, who was a nanny in Michael Landon's household, assisted Martin get a part as a guest star on the television show Father Murphy. Following her graduation from Yale University in 1982, Martin began to take her acting profession more seriously. She landed significant roles in television and the big screen. Martin, in addition to being a skilled actress and dancer, is also a skilled ballet photographer. Two daughters are hers Martin is the Lupus spokesperson and spreads awareness of the illness daily since the loss of her sister, who was the age of 19.
